Imo the time to do that is if we know we can't reach the playoffs and know that we are safe from relegation.

Sorry Mike I can't agree. Waiting until there is nothing to play for will be too late. Despite some negativity, we are likely to be mathematically involved until at least the last six games. We let 8 go at the end of last season plus a loanee and from the speculation that's already started, it could be a similar number going this time . The one thing about us compared to a lot of teams, we don't let many go and we only sign a few which keeps continuity. We have young players like Dean, Dyer and Kite who should be starting games now, ready for next season. Unless of course we decide to sign a lot of older, injury prone, journeymen.
