Clive states ...' ...a direct complaint was raised with the club and has been handled in accordance with the ECFC Complaints Policy. The complainant received a comprehensive response to which , to the best of my knowledge at this time , resolved the matter'. Is that correct?
    Could you please summarise your ECFC supporters background ...viz how many years on the terraces, held a season ticket , volunteered , been a Trust member etc . I'm about to frame , under Part ' A' A.O.B. , a member's request under Trust Rules/objectives Sections 3.3 and 3.4 , regarding your unacceptable treatment last Tuesday. BOS Members are bound to quiz me.
