Good shout...Just remembered Villa in 1994.

That’s the four then.
I was going to say that but then saw it was up to 1992.

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
From 1988 onwards MOTD usually had a brief snapshot of most of the 1st & 2nd round FAC games after the three featured highlights had been shown.
That was the start of a tiny bit more coverage for all teams outside the top two divisions.

Easy to forget back then that unless you were at the game there was no guarantee that you would see any action, not all were filmed/recorded.

Just thought it could have been Sunderland but on reflection that was on Midweek Sports Special(ITV)

Off track slightly..The Grecians featured in the Big Match twice. At Hereford in 1973 & Gillingham in 1974 Both away.

The Gillingham game was unusual because it was the main feature on The Big Match which primarily featured London teams(though Kent is in the LWT footprint)
All of the usual teams featured every week (Arsenal,Spurs,Chelsea WHU & the rest must have been away)

Gillingham was Brian Moores team & he was a director at one point I believe.

Not seen them Fred, though a few Big Match programmes not seen before are surfacing on TV Football 1968-92 twitter feed(via YouTube)

Obviously your Dad would have featured in both with crunching tackles 😎😁
