I normally go out About 6.30- 6.45 am, can't run in the evening...

Park Run on Saturday. Out at 5pm today. Not doing too much this week - because of GWR on Sunday. If you are who I think you are, we've passed and said hello loads of times in the mornings - you're a bit quicker than us! :)

Really good run this morning. How did you fellow exeweb runners get on then?

I managed to surpass my expectations and clocked up a time of 1:35:47, which I wasn't expecting at all to be honest. Quite chuffed really! [G]

That's a very good time!.... I didn't run today but did a 1:39:44 on the old course my PB!
