This coming Saturday (18th April) is the penultimate home game of the 2014/15 season for the Grecians. They entertain Southend United in a League 2 fixture, with Southend chasing an automatic promotion place, and Exeter with a mathematical chance of a play-off play. The 37-year-old is a Bolton based PE teacher. This is his first season as a Football League referee, and this is his first Exeter game that he’s taken charge of. In January he refereed at Roots Hall for the nil nil between Southend and Plymouth. He taken charge of 25 games, issuing 82 yellow cards and brandishing 8 red cards.
