ABOUT THE RED ARMY

The Red Army is the junior supporters group for Exeter City Football Club and we look after members from the ages of 0 to 16 years old.

The Red Army is a great group to be part of and our aim is to have as much fun as possible each year.

The Red Army was set up for the benefit of the members; therefore we try to give as much control as to what happens to the members. We welcome any ideas and suggestions no matter how bizarre or wacky they may seem!

Each year we run a number of events, which can include bingo, train with the team day, bowling, cinema, parties, penalty shoot outs and parades on the pitch at half time etc. Please do check the events section for which events are up and coming and the news and photo sections for a report on previous events held.

In addition to the events we hold each year, we have recently launched a Red Army magazine, which is issued every quarter. The magazine contains puzzles, competitions, stories, articles etc. We also encourage the members to make suggestions about anything they wish to see in the magazine and to send us anything they want included. We have a gallery page where we display pictures of recent events or pictures members have sent in, either a photo or a drawing. All competition winner entries are displayed in the magazine as well as on this website, Exeter City website and in a match day programme.

We have now selected our new Red Army presidents for the forthcoming season. In recent years, there has been one president, however this year two players have step forward to take on the role jointly and we are pleased to announce the presidents are Richard Logan and Scot Bennett!

LogieLogie

As presidents, their roles are to attend events, encourage other players to attend and act as liaison officers between Red Army and the players.

We believe that the key to Red Army is communication and keeping all members updated on news and progress, but at the same time having fun and enjoying all things ECFC related!

Please see the membership section for details on how to join and also further information on what benefits are available with the membership.
