Todays Update
Big news today - I CRASHED!
My seat sheared off my trike (only a fews months old, and very expensive! - so big trouble!)
My feet/legs had to have the straps cut off!
Lucky i was wearing my helmet and a few people managed to get me into my wheelchair, Doctor was on site and gave me the all clear.
My trainning will continue however will not be on my trike -the specialist trike will take some time to sort.
Feeling very sore and painfull!
Sport hurts!

I am back!
What a bad week ! - not only did my trike brake last week but our broadband stoppped working!
Glad to be back on Exeweb
With no trike my trainning has been swimming and physio during the last week.
