At least Argyle had the gumption to include clauses in their lease agreement to buy back the freehold at predetermined times and at predetermined rates. It disappoints me that Ivor didn't do the same when we signed our 25 year lease in 1996.With the Grimes money we could have bought Home Park!

Apparently one of the reasons for the hold up has been a recent demand for a small redesign of the plans made by Tisdale.
He now wants the home dugouts facing AWAY from the pitch so that he can get a more accurate and enjoyable assessment of the game.
