Pretty good interview I thought. Good to see that he mentioned About having a more Quality in the squad and more of a attacking mentality. Identified some transfer targets too. Fingers crossed it goes to plan.

Agreed. He also mentioned that he wants to get the players more robust so that we can reduce the injuries we always seem to get.

He certainly says the right things and I like that he’s saying there will be a freshness about the club, which is great.

He also confirmed that Oakley has also left the club.

As I said, I'm just trying to be fair. Someone said that the players didn't like Tisdale, and I'm just saying that clearly some had no problem with him. I didn't say all.

Well IF, and I've seen no proof but only heard/read 4th hand rumour ( I accept that on exeweb that counts as fact) he did in fact 'fall out' with some players then it will be par for the course as managers in football, like managers everywhere, need to have a measure of control and discipline. Anyway it doesn't matter at all now except for the truth of it as opposed to innuendo and invention.
