Seems like Charlton are close on Freddie Ladapo. Seriously, what hope do we have!
Surely we should be picking up Charltons leftovers then.

This is actually good for us id say. The sooner these bigger clubs get their deals done, the sooner they lose interest in other players and things start moving.

To be fair, he has struggled in the Championship since going up. But he'll probably get a bucket full in League 1 again.

With Ipswich in and around the play-offs I guess he's surplus there now.

Never know, we may make a last minute swoop........... maybe not then.

At least we won't drop into the relegation zone (unless Reading beat Wigan....)

Talking of Reading...
Dai Yonge - is that really his name. Or just the sincere wish of all the true Reading supporters?
A salutary warning for some of those on here praying for some "blow-in sugar daddy"...and his rich sister to stroll up to SJP.

No, its Dai Yongge...

Sugar daddies have been done to death on these boards, for every Reading there is a Wrexham, for every Bury there is a Bournemouth.

Until the novelty wears off and those points start dropping.
PS: Apologies for the mis-spelling but I didn't think he deserved extra "g-ing" up. 😜

Cheltenham lose Will Goodwin to Oxford for the obligatory undisclosed fee.
