....Anyway, our boy came good v Colchester. We could have lost by 3 or 4 had he not made some top class saves. 8 from 10 perhaps?

Cash in while we can - hopefully to a championship side, and not to a team in the same league where he has connections or league one who we could face next year (hopefully)

I see that the side that were top of League Two conceded three goals at the weekend, one of which was a keeper mistake. As a result they have been overtaken by Lincoln again. I wonder if they might be interested?

We'll be lucky! It's not that he isn't worth it, but he can walk for nothing at the end of the season.
I would love to see him sign a new deal with us, but realistically I feel it's unlikely. The only thing that may deter some higher league clubs from considering him is his lack of stature.

I haven't heard his height brought up in a long time. Its been a talking point from day one, with some saying he's approx 6'0" (Ian Tarr) to it being suggested he's as low as 5'9". I'm not bothering again to go through the various 'short' keepers who've made it to the very top, but we've had a couple ourselves who were among our best; Len Bond and Richard Key. I would have thought the only downside with not having a regular David James, is that a shorter keeper might inspire the opposition to rough him up a bit? I dont see too much of that though; on the contrary I think Pym is still minorly suspect on coming off his line to dominate what should be his area.
