2. Eat as many as it takes for you to be sick all over your bedroom floor.

3. Wait half an hour.

4. Repeat step 2.

5. Go to sleep.

6. Wake up and look at the uneaten Jaffa cakes strewn all over your quilt.

7. Prod the sponge of one of the Jaffa cakes and say "hmmm, it's gone hard, Stroudy was wrong".
