Hang on...who said tears for fears were 80s cheese? Thems fighting words Dave...
Popular opinion of them it seems Adam, but certainly not mine - every one of them a classic on 'Tears Fall Down'

Exeter vs Plymouth at sjp was as about as a rivalry match as us playing carlise!

We won but I was dissapionted! The club needs to sort it out! All ticket means no fans which means no rivalry. What a shot club we can be at times

No it isn't! It's a driving/motor offence. Unless you kill/injure someone from speeding.
As a criminal defence lawyer, I'm not hugely inclined to argue this one with you for too long. It is a criminal offence.

Where does your information come from? The Beano?

It's a motoring offence up to a certain speed. Then it is a criminal offence for which you can be arrested etc. Usually over 110ish.
Doing 35 in a 30 is not a criminal offence hence why you don't get a criminal record.

This is quite a lengthy sentence - but appropriate.

Where does your information come from? The Beano?
These sentences are shorter but still rather harsh on Dundee's finest ink fix.

Yaroo! It's the slipper for you m'lad!
