coles isnt really a classy defender as such, but i wouldnt say hes crap, what you see is what you get with him if its going in the stands then its going in the stands!
But that didn't happen yesterday for their second goal.
He had the chance to whack the ball out for a corner or throw in, but...
The opening question is flawed because we are not a Trust run club. We are a club where the Trust has majority share ownership. The Trust / BoS has never run the Club and I cannot imagine that it would ever the capacity to do so.
This is the basic misunderstanding that many people make.
The...
All football teams come to the end of their eras -the managerial challenge is to develop new eras and Tisdale / Perryman have more than successfully improved each season.
The challenge for the supporters is to create a new era.
With all professional football clubs, finance is a (if not, the)...
Next match, track the runs of the forwards, particularly those of Cureton, anticipating (probably) / hoping (possibly) / expecting (not now), to receive an early, quick ball over the top of the opposition defence.
It never comes, from Harley, Noble, Sercombe, Dunn - whoever.
At one point...
I used Norwich as an example.
Obviously, some Clubs have a football "history" that we cannot match but that is our (Club and Supporters) challenge.

A thought that's just occurred to me.
i wonder whether any of the candidates have any relationship - formal or informal - with current Club Board members or BoS members?
Re: With all this moaning about the new shirt ...
Another thought - for anyone who wants to get involved in improving Trust operations, gain a better understanding of the Trust and BoS role and its relationship with the Club and have an impact, stand for election to the BoS.
Details have been...
Th Trust AGM will be held at the Jurys Inn Hotel, Western Way on the morning of 24th October - our home game to Wycombe.
Details of how prospective BoS candidates can stand for election will be circulated by letter to all Trust members in the coming weeks.
The BoS members due to stand down are Denise Watts, Rob Doidge, Martin Lawrence and Adrian Hitchcox. Roy Slack resigned from the BoS during the year and therefore five places are up for grabs.
As I said in my opening post, if you have any interest, please come forward and stand for election...
Just an alert for those of you interested in the Trust that the annual election to the Board of Society (BoS) will start in the near future.
The BoS is the elected body which oversees strategic and operational aspects of the Trust. In addition, various members of the Trust are involved in...
The whole of this thread has been very interesting.
David made the observation about the Trust Board of Society evolving and others have indicated a need to know everything.
On occasions, it is impractical to communicate everything.
However, in the next few months there will be ample...
