Funnily enough they are apparently the only full time professional side in National League South, whereas there are about half a dozen full time professional clubs in the equivalent National League North. Kiddy Harriers for example are in to their third year full time at this level and had a crowd of about 1500 on Saturday (albeit they too are struggling financially ; the Chairman personally financed the 75 k transfer fee they forked out last season)Good signing but can they really afford Gary Johnson and a a team of full time professionals on crowds of 1,500?
