When the match day thread is full of people telling me the commentator is a **** from the off its just boring and nothing to do with the football. I wouldn't mind but its the same every week.

"You have to understand where you need to improve and you also have to remember what you're good at and keep upbeat.
"Everything's about balance and an extreme of emotion is never the best. We don't like losing any game - last week was disappointing and we move on to the next."

What chance have the players got of understanding tactics if this is an example of the type of language that he uses.

And it's hard to comprehend he's talking about a 1-3 home defeat to our local rivals that effectively killed off our play-off hopes and in front of our largest crowd of the season...
