I remember the game with the Scottish winger making his debut & scoring(his name escapes me)That was a few seasons later..98/99 iirc

Ended up being quite prolific in the lower divisions in Scotland.
Confusingly I have him at number 2 for the Barnet game in 1999. But he did score the winner on the 50th minute, on loan from Dundee.

What year was it when we lost to Millwall. Stayed to play their reserves and lost to them too?
Ha..Yes remember that 81/82 lost 5-1 at The Den.
Brian Godfrey was so pi55ed,he sent them back up to London on the Tuesday to play Millwall in The London Midweek Reserve League.Lost that one too 1-0.

I enjoyed the Chesterfield 1-6. Our defending in particular was proper Keystone Cops stuff and embarrassingly funny.
