Who would you go for? I'd go for;

Hart
Johnson, Jags, Cahill, Baines
Gerrard, Henderson
Sterling, Barkley, Lallana,
Sturridge

Know Roy wont choose a team without Rooney, or the overrated Wilshere if he's fit, but that's the team I would like to see.

I'd go:

Hart
Johnson Cahill Jagielka Baines
Wilshere Gerrard
Sterling Rooney Ox
Sturridge

Maybe Lallana in for Ox depending on who we're playing and whether we need to go all out attack or keep the ball.

Also Willow, an overrated Wilshere is a much better option than Henderson. We need players to keep the ball in the heat and humidity. Henderson won't be able to run around like a headless chicken out there.

Sterling Wilshere Lallana

Carroll on the bench if a bit of hoof is required. Ox and Redmond if we need some pace.

It really doesnt matter what 11 you put out, after 3 games the 22 will be flying home

They certainly will be if Joshyd's team ever sees the light of day. It's bad enough to put Henderson in there despite the fact he is playing out of his skin but SHAWCROSS!!!! FFS man!!!! He's the sort of carthorse I'm surprised Sam Allardyce hasn't signed yet.

Hart
Johnson (because there's nobody else who's fit)
Jags
Cahill

Gerrard
Wiltshire (if he's fit, if not Carrick)

Sturgid
Barkley
Lallana

Rooney

We are good enough to only need 10 players on the pitch obviously ;)

Not sure on your team too much either Harris. Playing with only 10 players and without a left back isn't half risky.
