This is utterly ridiculous the buzz that Steve gives everyone around the training ground and on match days is invaluable, he makes time for the fans and if opposing fans come up to him he makes time for them as well. His experience of being there seen it , done it , must be massive and his input into the changing room must be appreciated by all the players and Tisdale too!!
