i am a qualified football coach and work in youth football ,sadly globe has a point ,our centre of exellence however is getting its ass kicked by every one right now.

not for much longer though ,torquay c/e has just linked up with elite dc ,and torquay already has a development centre in dawlish ,1 soon to open in the gargs back yard ,and torquay will have a development centre opening in ireland soon.

have a funny feeling we might just catch up even pass the greeks and a few others soon

Funny, that happens to be the next home PROPER LEAGUE ONE GAME for our grown-ups.

Still, maybe be Millwall in the FAYC will be their cup final <titter>....or possibly Stockport in the real cup next weekend (can someone remind me who we're playing in the PROPER LEAGUE ONE tomorrow btw?)

Congrats though on the Lazarus-like resurrection of your own Yoof set up though.
All you Blue Square boys need now is some decent training facilities, isn't it? Honestly, going past Newton Abbot on the train the other day, your pathetic attempts at "training" were even making the real donkeys (with the saddles on) at the reacecourse look embarrassed!

Thanks for commenting on our Lazarus style come back but I must explain about how yhouth team players get into the 1st team:

If a youth knocks out a team which is 2nd in the Premier Academy League in the 2nd round of the FAY cup then they stand more chance of getting into the 1st team than of those who dont. You get me.
