For Cup games you have your priority as it is when the Cup game is drawn. i.e. you can't now upgrade your priority for the Middlesbrough game.

Would be handy for the trust to publish how many gold, silver and bronze members we have. We could then see if a platinum status is required, as the gold section must be filling up.

Platinum = 5 years plus trust membership?

I understand we are at 4,000 total trust members currently.

To be pedantic the Ticket Priority system is actually a Club policy, and whilst it obviously affects and may be of concern to Trust Members it has no basis whatsoever on the status of their Trust membership.

The trust must update when a members has paid in over 3 years yet was not upgraded to GOLD until said member asked for membership to be investigated.

You need to check with the Trust re your membership.
Bronze is for Season Ticket holders and membership of recognised Supporter Groups.
