well last night for example i dreamt that there was a male and female at the bottom of my garden just looking at me and a few nights ago i dreamt there was a boy walking up and down my stairs really freaaking me out.

I don't know, but maybe you are just dreaming about ghosts. There are loads of things to dream about and you 'chose' ghosts.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
