Fantastic story. Can't you just feel the redness of that person Winklemann's face.If only FC Manchester could make the league now

So glad to see AFC Wimbledon in the Football League at last - a fantastic achievement and a wonderful moment for all true football fans to savour.

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
Re: The Conference thread

As good a 0-0 as you will see..Luton had a stonewall penalty turned down & should have scored when Walker hit the post with a header in normal time....The Dons had their chances in Extra Time......

I do not subscribe to a lot of the nonsense said about the MK Dons..I prefer to see it as a club who started from scratch & got their place back in the FL on their own merits.A incredible feat in this day...

I don't have a problem with MK Dons as such, but I have a massive issue with the FA for allowing them to effectively steal Wimbledon's league status, and Winkleman as the 'mastermind' behind ripping a club from it's community.

Why such at poor crowd at the final, 18k that's all. Would have expected Luton to take 20k by themselves

Re: The Conference thread

Absolutely over the moon for Wimbledon. What a story this is, from combined counties leagues to the Football League is some achievement

Bet Winklemen has a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp! :D

As their fans were singing at the end "It only took 9 years, It only took 9 years"
