The biscuit choice was the much under-rated "Lincoln".

Really?? With those on that committee I was expecting the new Maryland gooey centred cookies... Oh well, there is a recession about!!

Good grief, no. The committee doesn't buy into fads.

The Lincoln is a member of the shortbread family and should be respected.

My love for the Lincoln has, I believe, been well documented on these boards. If I fancy an exotic change I might splash out on a Marie.
