Whoever is responsible for the timings on the roadwork traffic lights on the A377 at Newton St Cyres needs to go back to traffic light school.

Sat waiting for about 20 minutes to be let through and not a single car came in the other direction. Get to the other side and there's a massive queue waiting to come through.

I had similar a few years ago but the lights were just outside cowley. It took me half an hour to drive from crediton to cowley bridge road. I'm glad i don't work in crediton anymore.
