Welcome, gentle Exewebbers to this year's Advent Calendar Quiz.
Each day, a pictorial clue will be provided. Logic or blind luck will lead you to an answer connected to Exeter City FC, Exeweb.com, notable Devonians, local landmarks or recent events.
Points will be awarded according to the fiendosity of the clue. (Yes of course it's a word). Anyone guessing more than five times for one clue will find themselves closely scrutinised, with deductions possible. Conversely, incorrect but funny guesses may attract favourable results.
As before, any unambiguous answer will be deemed correct. Accurate spelling is not required.
For the record, manc grecian is the reigning champion. That should be all the incentive needed.
