Oh yer, forgot about him . A, lot of pieces in this jigsaw. Headache for any manager but nicer this way then struggling for numbers.

Cole is good but doesn’t get in our best 11. A very good option to have though!

I had high hopes for Sonny Cox but he isn't showing the progress needed to hold on to a first team shirt. Currently he looks no better than Ben Seymour but hopefully he will soon fulfil the potential promised.

That demonstrates how strong our midfield options are. I think he has the potential to be a regular starter, but with Caroll & Trivett fit I agree, he’s a great option for the last 20mins though.

Cox needs to score a goal like Demitri's against Leyton Orient to really announce himself.

What we appear to have done this summer amongst all the upheaval, is sign a load of really good and adaptable footballers. Would still like another out and out striker though for completeness. If everyone is fit and available, it isn't that straight forward to pick the starting XI. Deciding the bench and who to leave out altogether is even more difficult. There will be very good players on the bench and sitting in the stands. That's how it should be.

Remember Ollie Watkins was a midfielder/winger for us. Players can adapt to other roles given the right guidance. I've got no problem with wingers or whatever playing in the number 9 role.
