Ruptured my achilles last night playing 5 a side for the first time in 4 years! In plaster at the moment waiting for an operation. Self employed and soon to be very skint!

I have got Golfers elbow through my badminton. It won't go but can play ok through treatment every 3 weeks. She is nice though so it's worth it

When i did my knee ligaments (playing football!) i kept going back for physio long after i needed it as she was well fit. Finally had to call it a day when she had me running around the gym doing all sorts of twists and turns!
