Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere, I've just come across this on Sky Sports:

David 'mad dog' Cooper anyone?! :)

Perhaps this should be made a sticky so that everyone can read this and have an opportunity to nominate

My vote went to Darren Rowbotham - my hero. Commented that some of the nominations (Ampadon't, Blake etc.) might be a bit odd.

Nominated Steve Flack for the following reason

Fantastic servant to the club both on and off the pitch, plus he upended Dunga!

Flacky maybe - a definite hero to many (me included).

TMG - I think you can vote for anyone, just happened that they mentioned my choice!

Sir Scott of Hiley.

City fans singing "Scotty Hiley, football geneous" at Crawley for 10 mins, when Scotty was playing for Crawley demonstrates what a legend he is.

So much your hero you spelt his name wrong?

(I know this breaches Exeweb rules but worth it to get one over on Harcourt).

I had to spell it that way on the Sky Sports thing as they had it that way too. I then made the schoolboy error of putting it wrong here too.

However, mod privileges mean I can edit my post even after time has passed. Do I do that? ;)
