You don’t have to sell the name, you can add a sponsors name alongside the original e.g The Stagecoach Adam Stansfield Stand.

Not for me squire, the ‘stok cae res’ sounds ridiculous, it’s a f****** instant coffee. Stands always change names over time, the name of the ground doesn’t. Expected from Americans mind…rabid capitalists.

I partially agree that a stadium shouldn’t lose it’s name, but turning down ’easy’ money when we don’t have a money tree owner can’t be ruled out. Anything that can bring money in apart from matchdays has to be looked at.

They appear to have been involved in a "success story" at Pasty End in that unmentionable place 40 mileish W of the Fairer City of Exeter plus we shouldn't run out of stock at SJP next season !

It doesn't bother me, if it brings in cash I'm all for it. It will always be SJP to me so long as we're at that site regardless of any sponsorship name. I sit in the Selco but often refer to it s the Doble stand and sometimes even the Cowshed.
