My man cave is dedicated to the successes of forty plus years of supporting City...... pretty much empty with a few distant memories.

Apparently Blakey got removed from our dressing room (Brighton away iirc) when he was manager as he was going that mad. May well of been the game when we had every player booked. Some achievement that!

He had a decent playing career record as well.

It was a Tisdale tactic to move a centre back up to centre forward when things looked desperate. Scott Bennet was often put up there (once very succesfully!) and it was common to see Matt Taylor himself stuck up front in the last ten minutes (can't remember it ever working though).
Kind of worked at that Torquay game when Matt went up top for the last 20 minutes, although more in a context of creating a bit more space for Logie

Are we talking about the last 10 minutes or the whole game?
One of Exeweb's more surreal ideas to start with Parkes, McA or even Atanaga upfront
But hey, Sweenz is your man if you want to do that. He can shoot a bit : park his car behind the net and he's bound to score. He's scored a few headed goals, he's scored some other goals, and he's not a SL oil tanker

Sweenz hasn’t got a bad scoring record for us to be fair, which always made me wonder how he manages to find the net but is unable to find a man when he tries to pass!

Sweenz - top scorer in our last three games (ie he's got our one goal).

Sweenz - netted as many league goals this season as our second, third and fourth choice strikers between them. Yes, he's got two league goals, the same as Ajose Fisher and Seymour between them!
