home draw in the knock out stages. Wonder who we will get.

Looking at the tables on the earlier link, three definite second placed sides are Reading, Newcastle and Middlesbrough. Along with of course Doncaster in our group.

Also, it would take some unusual results to prevent Wigan and Stoke finishing second.

Wolves play Derby to decide first and second in another group.

And.................. Plymouth play Fulham tomorrow. An Argyle win would see them in 2nd, Fulham just need a draw or a win to clinch 2nd.

Confirmed Group winners so far are Charlton, Everton, WBA, EXETER, Bournemouth, & Blackburn. Will be joined by Liverpool/Wigan and Wolves/Derby.

Confirmed Runners up so far are Reading, Newcastle, Doncaster, and Middlesboro. Will be joined by Watford/Fulham/Plymouth, Stoke/Southampton, Liverpool/Wigan/Sunderland, and Wolves/Derby.

A few nice possibilities there including a swift return to SJP for Jay Stansfield !
