Tisdale will stay. His recruitment and selection policy will remain unchanged. The words of Albert Einstein come to mind: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”. Threads like this one are merely a harmless distraction from reality

Defence coach. A new LB, CB, holding midfielder or whatever will still be left looking at each other with the ball nestling in the net until someone organises them.

Sir Rob ?

LB, big ugly fecker at the back, a Doc type midfield player; a striker if Jayden leaves.

Left back, centre back, midfielder X2, striker X2 - one of whom will hopefully be Stockley.

Someone to replace Noble when he's injured.

A couple of posters assuming that Ribs will be here next season. Maybe he won't. When he re-signed last summer he said that a major factor behind his decision to stay was that he thought we could be promoted.

Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.
Left back, at least one tall strong centre back, at least one tough tackling ball winning midfielder, fox in the box striker. Don't think we need more than that other than a different manager of course;)

Wouldn't surprise me to see woodman and Oakley given new deals and playing regularly next season however.
