The following three things have damaged the UK economy.

The way in which we decided to respond to Covid
The failure of a pusillanimous Tory government to pursue the opportunities of Brexit
Ukraine war. I concur

No-one is sure of the precise size of the damage caused by each of them. Agreed

This is the consensus that most informed commentators and much of the electorate agree on. A few flat earthers, or those too embarrassed to mention the middle one (including R Sunak, J Hunt and K Starmer), will say otherwise.
An alternative take

A source that needs to be treated with some caution.
It’s a bit out of date but generally accurate. Difficult to get up to date figures without registering/paying

Found this just now: bang up to date from HoC Library 15/03/24

What’s the OECD’s ‘real gdp growth’ is that different to the GDP figure that the ONS produces every month and is the measure the Government uses?
Not convinced.

Germany's reliance on Russian gas left them in an unenviable position once the invasion begun.

You blame Brexit for the post COVID food inflation?
The problem with all of the stuff your blame on Brexit, is that we seem to share all those issues with EU countries. 🤷‍♂️
Not totally - Brexit caused around a third of UK food price inflation. Border costs have added some £7 billion to grocery bills that wouldn’t have arisen inside the single market.
