Bit pointless as this is behind a paywall.

Ollies mum used to sit just in front of me in the IP. I remember high fiving her on the way out after the Argyle game and telling her she had a gem there.

I think it's a 'Mum thing' to call your son by his full name when everyone else uses a shortened version!

Mums also used to dab you with a moistened handkerchief when you had a mark on your cheek. Highly embarrassing.

(Presumably the same also applies to anyone called Richard Head :D:D)
