Pete Howells(64) Drummer with Manchester Punk band The Drones.
He also worked with JJ Burnel(Stranglers) in the Euroband on the classic 1979 album Euroman Cometh...Freddie Laker,what a great track amongst others.

Jackie Smith..A few on here will remember her as Jackie Sparks who was landlady of The Red Cow(1980-1993) ran the pub with her father Cliff.
Great old pub in those days.
Jackie knocked up a great burger & chips which in the early 1980s was unheard of for that type of pub to serve cooked food.
