Did Perryman betray us? My memory of Perryman is someone whom helped the club significantly in the most difficult times. gave his time for free (expenses whatever) TO help us become and come to a much better place than we the club he started with.
Perryman working just for expenses = wrong

He might have given his time free in the very early days, but in the 2010s at least he was paid a large consultancy fee annually through an overseas company. It was in the accounts.

I remember having a fixture poster with the Old Trafford match and the couple before and after on it.
I think I had it on my office wall for a time.
I can’t recall what they were but presumably Billericay was one and the others were equally incongruous looking either side of Manchester United away.
I wish I’d kept it.

Hi, the one I had was similar to this one but I think a little different.
If I recall correctly mine had about 5 fixtures on it, was probably produced before the first cup game and
included home and away ones, either side of Manchester United at Old Trafford, rather than the replay and other games just at SJP.

Yep, I still have mine on the wall at home. Hereford was one and the other was, I think (away so can’t check) a Devon Bowl match - maybe Bideford? Love that poster for the juxtaposition

Wasn't it Canvey Island or some other muddy hole in that county beloved to Stuck in Crawley ? Wherever it was, it was a complete anti climax after Old Trafford ! :p
