The fella that started this music quiz ECFC69 who was a encyclopaedia of music knowledge passed away 8 years ago on this day (28th Nov)

It was..It was also mentioned in the eulogy at his funeral.

Pip recorded all of the Music Gigs in Exeter he had been to since 1974.A era of local music history,put onto A4 sheet binder from his diary’s.
I used my copy to check on a date recently when there was a argument on fb about a date & venue of a particular gig in Exeter.

Pips nickname to some of us long before this thread was “The Quizmaster” as much for knowing everyone & asking what you were up to.
If he saw you talking to someone who he did not know he would ask you who they were & want to know about them That meant he knew everyone by association.
