My little Sister thought the Sex Pistols were singing about a 'Pretty bare c~~t' and couldn't believe it was played on the radio and on Top of The Pops.
Not a lyric, but in the 70s there was a programme on the telly called "The Indoor League", it was really good, about pub games, darts, pool, bar billiards, shove h'apenny, cards etc, presented by Yorkshire cricket legend Freddie Truman (not that I knew who he was then). For the life of me I could never work out why he always said "Hull City" at the end of each programme.
Eventually I worked out he was saying in a broad Yorkshire accent "I'll see thee"!
