Given that we have a "Former Players" thread with over 9,000 posts, I suspect there could be enough interest for a similar "Former Managers" one!
Seems a sensible idea……why not.

I would suggest that they probably can afford him. Whether they would want him, is another question.
We all know Jevani isn’t a championship player, if he was he would have been there a while back.

Matt was a legend for us but is a young and relatively inexperienced manager who needs time to develop a team. Whether he will be given this at Rotherham i think is doubtful...
If he needs time to develop a team, he’s in the wrong job. Plenty who don’t.

Rotherham lose again and critically to a team below them in the table. Now just one win in 11

Yes although they were away to Huddersfield but it is beginning to look as if MT has a relegation battle on his hands.

Or not, if it gets much worse.

I don’t think the Rotherham fans will be as tolerant to poor results,as City fans were

All looks a bit grim:

Rotherham manager Matt Taylor told BBC Radio Sheffield:

"Viktor [Johansson] has not had too many saves to make throughout the night, so it's not been a game where both teams have created a host of chances.

"It came down to execution and we lacked quality in certain areas of the pitch.

"Our use of the ball was really poor, in all honesty. We failed to create until that second-half period where we really had a go.

"The belief wasn't quite there. Some of the players are really low physically, as well as mentally."

That last line sounds very much like the doors of the last chance saloon swinging. Who is responsible for the mental and physical state of the players? And should a manager be saying this in public? I always thought it was a rash move for someone with only a few weeks League 1 experience to suddenly manage a Championship club with limited resources. This will not end well

The Rovrum chairman has a history of keeping managers and giving them a shot at getting promotion after relegation from the championship, so KMT might escape the chop.
Will they back KMT in the January window though, especially if they need cash to prise one or two of our boys away.

Why would any of our players (apart from money) want to move to Rotherham where the likelihood of relegation is very high?
