Tickets for the Liverpool game will be released to those on the Club's database but who are not current members of any of the qualifying groups starting tomorrow (New Year's Eve). They will be on sale online from the evening and in person at the Club on Saturday at the Dagenham game.

There are only a relatively small number of tickets left for the Main Stand, mostly in Block K, but plenty in Blocks A, B and C of the OG. A large number of Big Bank tickets are also available.

Community Member sales will begin ONLINE-ONLY at 6pm on New Year's Eve, and like the earlier phases, will be sold one-per-person, first-come, first-served. Be warned, however, that if everybody tries to log on at 6pm there may be server capacity issues; if this happens give it a while and try again..

The ticket section of the website will be down after 2pm on Thursday until 6.00 to change the settings to allow sale to the wider group.

A substantial number of tickets (both terrace and seated) will be held back for sale at the Grecian Centre at St James Park between 10am and 2pm on Saturday 2nd January before the Dagenham game. Again, one-per-person, first-come, first-served. After Saturday, remaining tickets will be available online and in-person (from Reception at the ground) until tickets for the match are sold out. It is not expected that any will be available to supporters not on the database.

It is hoped that all supporters have got their details sorted by now. However, if you need assistance with online ticket sales, email [email protected]. It may take a while for the Club to respond to if the number of queries is large.

Crikey... website crash must be possible if every community member who wants a ticket tries to get online at 6pm...

That's what I meant. There are 8,000 plus of them.

Which most will before their New Year celebrations begin, silly time to start IMO.

Good luck!

Yep, suspect there's a high probability of the website being down. The number actually trying will obviously be quite a lot less than the 8,000 or so eligible, but I still think they could have listed them at a different time (or just not stated the time at all)

Does this mean we'll all be logging in, even though we have tickets, just to see if it did crash? ;)

Our first child was born yesterday so I'm struggling to get permission to go. Gutted.
