When there is reference to property called Pride Park is that something more than just the football stadium fred ?
Yes, Pride Park is the name of the football stadium but is also the name of the business district surrounding it.

Reading selling their training ground

and the fans pretty unhappy. They can see that when the club is up for sale with the training ground included, but then that asset is withdrawn from the sale, it be comes more confusing and uncertain for potential bidders.

Also it is said that this may be because the owner is struggling to keep wage payments happening on time.....and Reading are at risk of more points deductions...!

I guess he’ll be trying to do a sale and leaseback deal. Large lump sum now but long term lease commitment for a potential buyer.

Alternatively, the 120 acre site, Grade 2 lodge included, could be sold to property developers as happened at their previous much smaller training ground, Hogwood Park. Housing crisis in their neck of the woods.

15 million on salaries.
Wow.
That is properly mental, and puts into perspective our performances against them this season.
