Some big games for us tomorrow night

Burton v Carlisle
Charlton v Derby
Lincoln v Shrews
Port Vale v Fleetwood
Stevenage v Cambridge
Wycombe v Cheltenham

In the unusual position of cheering on Stevenage, Wycombe, Derby, Lincoln and Carlisle. Not sure on the Vale game!
Got to be a Fleetwood win surely given Fleetwood are so far behind

Agree but a draw would be O.K. Do not want a Vale win.

Yikes! In the green belt. Would virtually obliterate the remaining green gap between Oxford and Kidlington, especially in view of the current massive development opposite the Oxford Pear Tree Park and Ride. The only remaining significant green gap would be the North Oxford Golf Club.

(having said that it would be easier to get to for those of us coming from the M40 and from north of Oxford. Also better for rail travellers - close to Oxford Parkway rail station)

I suspect there will be significant nimbies for this one. Doubt there will be a decision soon!

Another issue with this (pessimistic) approach is that some of the games in hand will not be played until mid-April, so we will have a long wait to see all these surprising victories occur. Maybe a better way of sorting teams with varying games played is to use points minus games played (especially when the games relegation/survival mark is likely to be close to 46 points
Similar to my preferred evaluation method. Measure teams at the foot of the table against a par of 1 point per match, and teams at the top 2 points per match.

Blimey! We've had some fun prediction threads lately - we could even have on tomorrow night.

Question - what position will City be in the table after Tuesday's games? ie how many of the four teams playing who can overtake us by winning will actually do so?

Tie break - which club(s) will it be?

Interesting, I wonder why they want to move from the Kassaam, it's less then 20 years old and still hasn't finished being built. Very strange.

Because it is still owned by their former chairman with all the undesirable ramifications that brings, is the short answer !
