This season is a great chance for those owners with cash to spare to really get a head start, even more than other years. Still have to spend it wisely though. I'm not sure how he went at Bolton (any info I8?) but Lowe was highly rated at Blackburn early in his career.

I’d have had Lowe back for one or two more years at Bolton, only reason I ca see why we didn’t was the way the new manager wants us to play.

one of our better players in League one last season so imagine he would be even better at League two level.

Indeed. Or Bradford and to a lesser extent FGR and Scunthorpe

Mansfield's signings seem to have been covered by the CJ Hamilton sale. Maybe they aren't going as mad with their signings as first thought, or maybe they'll spend that extra £200k in the coming weeks.
