He has potential, for sure (although I wasn't impressed when I saw him turn out for Sutton last season). With the right coaching, development and attitude he could become a regular. Or he could become another promising striker who didn't quite make it.
It's good that he's come out all guns blazing pre-season. That'll do his confidence no end of good. But, for possibly the first time ever, I agree with WMM. Regardless of how well he does pre-season, the proof is whether he can score against Orient, Oldham, Dagenham and the rest.
If he starts netting regular this season then he's on his away. If he doesn't... well, he's still young and worth another year of development, I'd say.

For a young lad who probably won't get too many starts this season I would say that 10 goals this season would be a more realistic target to attain.
