Hotdog sausages & Sauces

I like a good Brockwurst/Bratwurst with English Mustard with loads of onions.
What's yours ?

If it's a bratwurst I like a bit of curry powder mixed with tomatoe ketchup.

if it's a bod standard hotdog - ketchup, american mustard and onions (which must be placed underneath the sausage, to prevent spillage).

With regards to the Hotdog sector who the hell is eating those tinned ones ?? There seems to be an increasing amount of them at the Supermarkets, every time I amble by them I am nearly sick, who is buying them ?? Log, are you ??
