Great West Run and doing it for Stanno

Ah come on Nick I thought a pro like you would show the will power not to drink!

As hard as it was I did manage to avoid alcohol after the game on Saturday

I needed a few to settle meself before and after. Was far more worried about our chances of beating argyle than mine in a half marathon...

Wow what a morning! Thank you so much to everyone who ran for the foundation, it was great to share it with you. The support from the crowd was amazing and I don't think i have ever felt so much proudness as when i crossed the line with my Dad!

I agree it was an amazing atmosphere, our local half marathon had nowhere near the amount of support that Sunday had.

Thanks to all the people who cheered us on with our Team Stanno vests, Mark & I beat our previous best times by 7 minutes each even though the course was a lot tougher than I'm used to. Was good to meet other Team Stanno runners at the Foundation Stand up at the Arena too.
