I am led to believe £200 a day is not an unreasonable figure for a freelance designer. On the basis I have no prior knowledge of the role I would request, a not unreasonable amount of £10 per hour.

True story, £15 an hour and a final salary pension, 28 days holiday and bank holidays would probably suffice.
