Seriously though, the number of shanty towns is unbelievable. Seems like half the world is living in a one-room shack with a tin roof and a goat in the yard :(
The number of roads with no vehicles is another thing.

I've just seen LOG carrying a large tome entitled "Electricity Pylon Design of the Former Soviet Union 1955-1983". Apparently once he's read it 'it's over for you bitches'. Be warned.

My first thought was Newbury/Andover sort of area, but the dry stone wall led me further north and I had a stab at Yorkshire. Turns out it was up near Gretna Green, right on the border.
