He does drive for success. But he likes to spend and goes through so many players every season. Not interested in youth or youth systems. Surprised he got sacked. Has always left jobs on mutual consent just before being pushed. Assume he expected some more time and money but chairman thought it was too big a risk.
Let's hope Tisdale bites the bullet and brings in a proper CB on loan Together with an experienced keeper. Could get us into the playoffs.

he loves the loan market, and yes he did get Yeovil in the CCC but because he got them there on loans he struggled once there, and now they are struggling in the CCC, almost doing an argyle............
